Well if either you clicked on my QRZ.com link, browsed the web for my call, or just came upon the wrong web address, this is the home page of KC9GJY.
Let me give you some quick information about me. I am a very active member of Milwaukee Area Skywarn Association and with the American Red Cross DAT. I have now succeeded in getting my callsign for Amateur radio.
In the summer of 2004, I became a member of MAARS (Milwaukee Area Amateur Radio Soceity). MAARS has a primary repeater, which is open to the public, on the 2 meter band. The frequency is 145.130 mHz with a -600 kHz offset and a 127.3 p/l tone. If you are in the Milwaukee area, please feel free to chat.
The 145.13 repeater has an IRLP node number of 5590. If you have IRLP access, go ahead and have some fun...link up!
I have designed this page to give you a quick glimse of what I do for fun. Now I invite you to view the links I have on this page and enjoy the many facinating things Amateur radio can do. 73 de KC9GJY! |
