| The Camp had a Commonwealth theme, with subcamps named after Jamaica, Botswana, Australia and India. We entertained over 150 Rainbows, Brownies and Trefoil Guild on the second afternoon, ate our way round the Commonwealth in puddings, and enjoyed trips to Hawes, Castle Bolton, and Northallerton during the week. The weather wasn't all it could have been for late July, but that didn't stop us having a wonderful time! |
