I would like to let everyone know that our council placed 10th in the State Outstanding Council Contest. Everyone should give themselves a big pat on the back for a job well done.
The Knight of the month was Bill Mosser. Bill is a new member of our council. He recently brought two new members to the council and is working on more. Bill also is the warden of council 4894 and has helped the degree team in the past.
The Family of the Month was Leonard and Gloria Niess. They both do alot for our council as well as for the State Council and the Right to Life. They are both a treasure to our council.
In hte next coming months there is going to be talk of our council raising our dues. I will keep everyone posted and let everyone know when there will be a meeting to decide this. Everyone can then express their opinions.
We are still looking for a few good men to say the rosary at 8:30 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of Grace. We prsently have 6 and are still looking for 6 more. This is a chance for you to give back to the church and in such a good way.
