SG Team Notes
This chart tracks the exploits of SG teams other than
SG-1, according to the TV series (I haven't read any of the books, so I don't
have any information from them). If I've missed any or made any errors,
please email me! This list does
contain spoilers if you haven't seen the episodes referenced. This list is
updated through the end of Season 4, with bits and pieces of Season 5.

Team Women in the SGC
By Season
Season One
Children of the Gods - SG-1 under the command of Colonel O'Neill, SG-2 under the command of Major Charles
Kawalsky, SG-3, SG-4, SG-5, SG-6, SG-7, SG-8 and SG-9 created.
Children of the Gods - SG-2 is under the command of Major Charles
Kawalsky, who is later killed. No mention of who takes over.
The Broca Divide - SG-3 under the command of Colonel
Makepeace, goes with SG-1 to the Land of Light. One other member of SG-3 is mentioned by name: Johnson. All were affected by the virus.
Fire and Water - SG-6 returns from a mission.
The Nox - SG-5 deployed.
First Commandment - SG-9 killed except for Lt. Connor. Other members of the team include Captain Jonas Hanson (commander), [rank]
Frakes, and Lieutenant Baker.
Singularity - SG-7 killed along with the inhabitants of the planet.
Solitudes - SG-3 is sent to help look for the missing members of SG-1 (with Major Castleman helping to coordinate - they never say if he's leading SG-3 at this time).
Politics - It's noted that SG-2 returned to Argos to check on natives.
In the Serpent's Grasp - SG-2, under Major Ferretti, sent in to retrieve SG-1 for court martial.
Season Two
In the Serpent's Lair - SG-5 noted to have brought back naquadah from a mission.
In the Line of Duty - SG-10, SG-11, and SG-12 added.
Need - it's noted that SG-3 brought a small amount of naquadah back from a mission a year ago.
Prisoners - SG-3 under the command of Major Warren sent to rescue SG-1.
Prisoners - SG-9 under the command of Major Stan Kovacek tries to negotiate for SG-1's release.
The Tok'ra - SG-3 under Colonel Makepeace sent to bring back Major Carter when her father was close to death.
Spirits - SG-11 under Captain Connor discovered trinium. SG-11 was captured but released unharmed.
A Matter of Time - SG-10 under the command of Major Henry Boyd killed in black hole. It's noted that this is his first command and the first time they had a mission as a team, so if SG-10 was created at the first of the season (see In The Line of Duty) - did something happen to the first SG-10
team or did training just take a long time?
A Matter of Time - SG-6 mentioned as the team Daniel was on a dig with during the black hole incident.
1969 - SG-5 takes over SG-1's mission when they go back in time.
Out of Mind - SG-3 and SG-7 rescue Teal'c and bring him back to the
SGC.
Season Three
Into the Fire - SG-2, SG-3, SG-5, SG-6, and SG-11 under the command of Colonel Makepeace rescues SG-1.
Foothold - SG-6 brings back the aliens when they are duplicated off-world. No word as to whether or not they survived, but it's likely since no others died when the aliens duplicated them.
Legacy - SG-7 returns from a mission.
Rules of Engagement - SG-11 captured and killed eight months earlier by the Jaffa masters.
Shades of Grey - it's noted that SG-9 unsuccessfully tried to negotiate for alien technology.
Maternal Instinct - SG-2 under Major Coburn sent in along with SG-1 to
Kheb.
Season Four
Divide and Conquer - SG-14 and SG-15 were attacked by Jaffa and six team members were killed. SG-14 included Major Graham, Captain
Blasdale, Lieutenant Astor, and Sergeant Louis. During the attack, Major Graham and Lieutenant Astor were programmed as Zatarcs and both later died. If SG-14 and SG-15 were typical four member teams, this means they were both wiped out in this episode.
Window of Opportunity - SG-12 returns from a mission during all of the time loops, with one slightly injured member.
Window of Opportunity - Two weeks before the time loop, SG-15 reported solar activity on the planet during an earlier mission. (Was before or after they got wiped out in D&C on P6Y-325?)
The First Ones - Daniel, Robert Rothman and SG-11, under the command of Major Hawkins, were on an archaeological dig on the planet. Two other SG-11 team members are mentioned by name: Loder and Sanchez (was Rothman their fourth?). All SG-11 members, including Hawkins, Sanchez, Loder and Rothman, were killed. (Note - SG-11 is one unlucky number - see Rules of Engagement).
The First Ones - SG-2 under the command of Major Griff (what happened to
Ferretti?), joined SG-1 to search for Daniel. Two other SG-2 team members are mentioned by name: Sergeant Pierce and a [rank?] Coburn.
Scorched Earth - Hammond assigns SG-5, SG-6, and SG-9 to look for an alternate planet for the
Enkarans.
Beneath The Surface - SG-2 went in search of SG-1. There were four team members led by Major
Griff.
The Light - All of SG-5 dies after suffering
withdrawal from the effects of the alien technology in the Gou'ald pleasure
palace.
Prodigy - Daniel goes off-world with
SG-11 (they got that team back together fast - see The First Ones); we
also see Major Griff again so we can assume that possibly SG-2 was the
team that Jack and Teal'c relieved on the planet.
Season Five
Ascension - SG-16 under the command of Colonel Reynolds is assigned to
study the planet that SG-1 just visited. SG-16 has at least one
other male member and a female member.
Red Sky - Two members of SG-6 are killed
when the rocket is sabotaged.

- SG-10 under the command of Major Henry Boyd killed in black hole (A Matter of Time).
- It's noted that this is Major Boyd's first command and the first time they had a mission as a team, so if SG-10 was created after the attack by Apophis on Earth - did something happen to the first SG-10
team or did training just take a long time?

Loder. All SG-11 members, including Hawkins, Loder and Rothman, were killed
(The First Ones).
- Daniel goes off with SG-11 - they got that team back together
fast; see above (Prodigy).
- I think we can safely say this is the unluckiest SG team.
SG-12
Designated as Medical on stargatesg1.com
- One of three teams created after the attack on Earth by Apophis (In The Line of Duty).
- SG-12 returns from a mission during all of the time loops, with one slightly injured member (Window of Opportunity).
SG-13
Designated as Night Operations on stargatesg1.com
- SG-13 has never been mentioned in an episode. It's possible that the designation "13" due to its association with bad luck, has never been assigned to a team.
SG-14
No designation listed
- No word as to when this team was created.
- SG-14 attacked by Jaffa and two team members were killed. SG-14 included Major Graham, Captain
Blasdale, Lieutenant Astor, and Sergeant Louis. During the attack, Major Graham and Lieutenant Astor were programmed as Zatarcs and both later
died
(Divide and Conquer).
SG-15
No designation listed

- SG-15 were attacked by Jaffa along with SG-14 and if we assume this was a four-member team, all team members were
killed
(Divide and Conquer).

- No word as to when this team was created.
- SG-16, under the
command of Colonel Reynolds, is assigned to study the planet that SG-1
just visited (Ascension). SG-16 has at least one other male member and a
female member.
Women in the SGC
- Major Samantha Carter, SG-1
- A female team member lost with Henry Boyd's SG-10 team.
- Lieutenant Astor of SG-14 who died after being programmed as a
Zatarc.
- A woman who was with Major Griff's team that Jack and Teal'c
relieved in Prodigy.

We also see several women in Hathor, but don't know if they're actually part of SG teams.
