Breeding An agouti to a Tan

Breeding an agouti to a tan or AOV rabbit
If you are going to breed from one group to another the agouti to silver martens or otters is probably the safest, as silver marten's are considered "chinchillas" in that the gene that makes silver marten's is the chinchilla gene, the sable marten's and smoke pearl marten's should not be bred to any of the agouti's.

An ***** indicates the majority of rabbits will be unrecognized color. e.g. choclate chin.

Breeding an agouti rabbit to an AOV rabbit

Don't breed any of the agouti's to a himalayan, or a tort. The himalayan's color won't be good, and if you mix a tort with an agouti that carries the chin gene (chins, and squirrels), you would get unrecognized colors. Orange and Fawn are "agouti's" and can be bred with Chestnuts, and Opals, without too many problems.
