  • Fast Switch, Ltd. supporting Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, MI; May 2004 to Present
    Role: Solution Developer
    Responsibilities: Provide mainframe consulting services to Ford Motor Company for a legacy financial and accounting system (Inter-Company Settlements/Miscellaneous Inter-Company Settlements). Perform a variety of production support task including disaster recovery and business continuity testing, on-call support, system maintenance, and customer requested system enhancement. Support various new location launches including India (QAD) and Sweden (Volvo). Release manager for production support releases, responsible for various project management and release management task including status updates, deliverables tracking and Earned Value Analysis. Primary contact for 2004, 2005 and 2006 Systems Control Review Program, responsible for documenting and supervising several SOX 404 and SCRP compliance protocols. Asia Pacific transition coordinator, responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer, on boarding several new personnel, and documentation management.

    Role: Rehabilitation Service Technician
    Responsibilities: Provided support in a semi-independent living environment for clients recovering from TBI (traumatic brain injury). Competed several medical pre-professional training sequences including CPR training, first aid training, SAFE (driving for client transport) training, and HIPPA (client privacy) awareness training. Performed activities ranging from client transportation, activity planning, physical therapy, vital sign recording, medical record keeping, administration of medication, and various clerical functions. Site maintenance contact, responsibilities included recording, reporting, and to the extent possible resolving all facilities related client issues.
