I have added more information on the Help About screen and have centered
the screen as each is displayed now.

SOUND has been added to PHONETIC now so you can hear the word or sentence
in its phonetic equivalent. I have provided a sample database and sample
wave (.wav) files. The .wav files cover the numbers 1-10 and the days of
the week in both languages. Also you can find CAT available as well.

WARNING: Be sure to update the Phonetic.ini file to the location of your
dictionary if it is not in the default directory (C:\Phonetic).

Added a Speed control for help in getting around speed issues with faster
machines. Set by default to 0 (slowest=0, fastest=5, faster machines need
to use the higher numbers or the .wav files are really fast).

Works best with 486 os slower machines. Can be used with Pentium or faster
if you use non-turbo mode or run a 3rd party program to slow down the CPU
like MOSLO.COM or similar program. Above feature may solve this issue.

That's all there is. Although the database was designed for words it can be
used to represent anything (Part number conversion with notes in the 3rd and
4th entries ... do not press SAY under this condition though) or any other
use you can dream up. Have fun :)
