| Lessons I offer lessons for all ages in both Western and English on your horse or a rented/leased horse (I will help you find one if need be). I specialize more in: Horse Care for New Horse Owners Beginners (western or english) Intermediate English Basic Jumping Lessons can include horse care which is Strongly Recommended for students who are new to horses, or those who want to learn more. Rates: Single Student - $15.00/lesson Multiple Students - $12.50/lesson each Two Students w/ One Horse - $25.00/lesson Other options available. *Travelling fees and/or minimum number of students may apply to towns/cities other than Kamloops and Barriere, call for more info. | The Instructor My name is Brittanya Beddington and I have been riding for the past 16 years. I have attended Aspen Grove Equestrian Academy, Olds College (for some short courses), and many seminars/lectures. I have gained my experience from owning/riding/dealing with horses since the age of 5, and I have worked with equestrians in the area for many years. I have been giving lessons since 2003. For the safety of students I have taken First Aid Level 1. I am also currently attending Thompson Rivers University taking a BA, and then a BEd, and am therefore taking as many courses on teaching as possible. My current hunter/jumper coach is Daphne Greenwood and I am taking some NH Lessons with Sara Crichton. Please feel free to ask for references. |
