| We need to decide where the RVA is going. We have members who do not want to war, who do not want to pk who joined during the lull and have managed to stay. This needs to be changed. If the RVA is going to be successful we need seirious members. We need people who attend events regularly and without fear. I think that this list of people who wish to war could be the fire that revives the phoenix that is the RVA, for too long we have let people who should not be in the RVA be in the RVA, the RVA is a COMBAT BASED GROUP and yet people are scared to enter the wild, the RVA is supposed to be well organised and disciplined however we never train as a team. The RVC is dieing and I have realised why, there is no need for it, the RVA is carrying all the RVC's members. I think that we should have a major clear out of the RVA, only keep the ones willing to fight and improve, the others can go to the RVC , it is no shame or disrespect to them, it is simply that they do no belong in the RVA if they do not wish to fight. This action would be drastic and it would seriously hurt the numbers of the RVA, however we would be left with a truthful look at the state of the RVA. It is no good have 100's of members when we know it will be less than 20 that would turn up for a war. I believe that there should be a small requirement of level 70 combat to join the RVA, this would give the RVA a higher standard as not everyone could join. I know that this would mean kicking a few members however I think that if we give them 3 months warning to get to level 70 combat or leave the RVA we wouldn't have to kick anybody at all, hell, if somebody isnt willing to do a months worth of training in 3 months for the RVA do we really want them ? I believe it is sink or swim time for the RVA, we have an excellent mix of people in power at the moment, experience and new ideas working together. We can make the RVA great again if we are willing to do the dirty, ugly stuff to get it going. It's all up to us to secure the RVA's fate. |

| I think we should also have an RVA meeting once every week or two weeks in which EVERYBODY must attend on good ole runescapia and we can have some fun, have a lesson on pking tricks and such, etc... as well, so we all stay active, and learn various techniques for wars and such. |
