Flood his email address with the junk that he pushes and make his business life unbearable.
Also, order a descrambler from him C.O.D. and have it sent to a different address. This won't cost you a cent because it is cash on delivery for you, but UPS will charge him $32.50 to get the piece of junk that he tried to send you back. If he sends it FedEx, he will have to pay $46.11. Either way, he will be out of business in no time. It is both easy and fun. Aren't you tired of the scam artists?
