| Governor Crist makes Florida Friendly the Law of the Land |
| Senate Bill 2080 became law July 1st. HOAs no longer have any enforcement power over homeowners deciding to go Florida Friendly. The legislature has long been working on water conservation. But work to remove roadblocks remain. You can read the law at the link below. Homeowners can contact their county extension office for assistance. The Florida Friendly specialist will visit your property and help you develop a plan for your property for FREE! Replace that thirsty St Augustine with Zoysia or some other drought tolerant ground cover. Go plants and mulch only. Your choice.
