We have owned this car for about four years it is a Norwood, Ohio built car assembled in June of 1966. We have used only the best parts available in restoring this car, here are some of the details: I ordered a Speed-O-Motive balanced 383 short block with Eagle Racing forged steel crankshaft and 6.0 inch ESP connecting rods along with SRP forged pistons and Air Flow Research aluminum 195cc heads and a CompCams 292H that combine for a 10.65:1 compression ratio. A Milodon 7 quart oil pan and pump supply the Clevite 77 bearings with Syntec oil. Induction is through a K&N Xtreme filter, Holley 750HP and Edelbrock Victor Jr. The carb is fed by a Mallory Comp140 electric fuel pump through Russell braided stainless lines and fittings, the mixture is fired by an MSD Digital 6 plus ignition that is wired to a Moroso roll control for launch rev limting, spent gasses exit through Borla stainless headers and a Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust system. The Horsepower (375 at the rear wheels, 475 at the flywheel) goes through a Centerforce dual friction clutch to a Richmond ROD 6 speed manual transmission a custom made driveshaft, Richmond 3.31 gears inside an Auburn Pro posi unit. Suspension modifications include new Multi-leafs and Competition engineering traction bars and subframe connectors out back with Hotchkiss lowered coils and Aerospace Components vented discs in front. I completely redid the interior stock except for the Alpine radio/cd and power amp sound system. To make sure the electrical system was up for the task all wiring harnesses were replaced with Factory-fit custom OEM type harnesses. This above picture was taken at the American Camaro Association's Camaro's at Carlisle event where this car took Fourth place in the First Generation Mild Modified class.  Thanks for visiting....kaz and the family. 1/4 mile @ Atco (NJ) raceway: [email protected] (still working on it)
