This is one of those animes that uses the roller coaster effect. Don't know what that is? Read on. (And no, there is no Yuri or anything of that sort here.)
Plotline - Eclair and Lumiere, two girls that work at the galatic trading place, helps people with directions and stuffs. The things that people don't know about them, is that they also act as one of the secret law enforcers. Basically like police people, Eclair and Lumiere have a bit of other skills than just direction giving.
That's pretty much the basic plot summary. Of course, it gets much deeper than that. As I said above, I thought that this anime had a "roller coaster effect". Basically, this means that a starts off slow and boring, but then gets fast paced and exciting. This repeats itself for a few times. It's not really a bad thing, but some people tend to trash and stop watching an anime by the first few episode impression. Good mix between action and drama, Kiddy Grade is something that isn't too bad in terms of plot.
I felt that they skipped a buncha stuffs they could have covered. Everything else is pretty awesome though. people claim that there's a lot of fan service in Kiddy Grade, but I don't think that's true. A few panty shots in the first few episodes, and that's about it. The unique thing with Kiddy Grade is that the exciting parts are REALLY addicting, when you actually get to those parts. I recommend this to everybody that have nothing better to watch.
