| Miaka, the priestess of Suzaku, first finds the Universe of the Four Gods in the national library. While reading the book with her friend Yui, they're both pulled into the book. Soon after Miaka is designated Priestess of Suzaku in the land of Konan. She must find the seven Suzaku seishi in order to summon suzaku and to save the country. She ends up falling in love with Tamahome. As he falls in love with her. Yui: "Even though shes kinda a dumb butt, she summons Suzaku in the end." She also grows up and matures. -Yui and Miaka-chan |
