| We first meet Chiriko when he saves the Suzaku seven during the first attempt at summoning Suzaku. Amiboshi had impersonated Chiriko, and tried to kill the Suzaku seven. But Chiriko appeared and saved them ^^; Chiriko fades into the background of the story line up until the part where the Suzaku seishi and Miaka are in the land of Genbu trying to get the shinzaho. Miboshi possesses Chiriko and tries to kill off the Suzaku seven, but Chiriko commits suicide in an attempt to kill Miboshi with him. His lil plan worked but poor Chiriko died.
