Name: Toudou Heisuke
Age: Honestly, I don't know...
Gender: Male
Rank: Captain of the Eighth Troop

Appearance: The top of his head is shaved while the rest of his hair is pulled back into a pony tail. His round eyes and face give Toudou an amiable air about him.

Personality: Generally a nice person, Toudou has his moments of irritation and sadness. In fact, he has moments of seemingly fierce irritation. Even through that, though, he is quite a tolerant person.

Past (Manga): When he was younger, Toudou entered the Tennen Rishin Ryuu Kenjutsu Doujou along with Kondou, Hijikata, Okita, and many other people. He had an interesting scene with Okita; however, I am having trouble understanding exactly what is going on. ^^() Perhaps later.
