Semi-spoilers for a few pages in Volume Two in Past (Manga).

Name: Saitou Hajime

Rank: Captain of the Third Unit

Appearance: The top of Saitou's head is shaved while the rest of his hair is tied in a neat bun. His round face is generally expressionless and his eyes appear eternally half-lidded. These aspects, along with his average height and build, allow him to look quite similar to Kamiya's older brother, unfortunately. This allows for interesting plot twists later.

Personality: As the lack of expressions on his face would suggest, Saitou is a very careful person - inscruitable at times. His quiet nature allows him to observe quite interesting things. Not only do people let their guard down around him, but they also tell him things they normally wouldn't tell other people. As a result, Saitou has a knack for finding out secrets without people realizing it sometimes.

Past (Manga): Because Saitou is a very secretive person, the manga has not gotten much into his past. There is one scene which describes an instance between Saitou and his teacher; however, I haven't attempted to translate any of that. In other words, I'm not sure what's going on. ^^() I have a feeling that Saitou guards his past carefully that is probably not unfounded.
