Kaze Hikaru?
It's the title of a manga made by Watanabe Taeko, the mangaka who also created Family!, etc. The story is about a 15 years-old girl named Tominaga Sei who enters Shinsengumi because she wants to take revenge on her family's death. But there, she meets Okita Souji then falls in love with him. How can a girl survive in a place full of blood and men? The designs are wonderful and the story is very natural, down-to-earth one, telling about Shinsengumi in personal way.
