| Decorate your pad with Black heart streamer, dead roses you've spray painted black ( good to use those roses you were given by the ex), broken hearts. I also prefer ravens. |

| Distribute heart shaped cookies with either the a crack in them or use icing to draw one on. You can also make a heart shaped cake filled with your favorite red colored fruit filling to symbolize your bleeding heart. |

| Buy a t-shirt with the saying Love Sux or various other sayings you find comforting for this day. |
