Whats a site without some rules?
1. You must have a website I cannot say this enough. I am getting to many e-mails with just mail addresses and for now on it's websites only!
2. If you have a site, you MUST put a clique banner on your site and link it back to 'http://www.geocities.com/

3. No hentai sites, hate sites, ect.
4. You must love the character you choose, whats the point in picking it if you hate that character?
5. If at any random time I visit your site and the code isn't there, I will remove you. I will randomly purge the clique to make sure all members are active. also, DO NOT directly link the clique images!! If you do I wont add you!
Upload the images to your site!
6. No Neopets Guilds. These are not static sites. I don't accept them. Sorry.
