Belle is a registered Anglo Arab mare by Arjai Summitt. She is a Granddaughter of the great Ralvon Pilgrim. Her dam Jai-Keri is Anglo Arabian. She has 2 crosses to Ralvon Pilgrim, 2 crosses to Royal Domino on her Sire's side and 1 cross to Ralvon Pilgrim and 2 crosses to Royal Domino on her Dam's side. Belle is one of the studs qualified Endurance horses. She has successfully completed 720km of competitive Endurance rides (9 x 80km rides) with no vet outs. Her recoveries have been good and she has completed each ride with ease. Belle has just had the 2005 endurance season off, due to me starting a new horse and not having the time for both. Hopefully this year I will find the time or help to start her again this year. |
MARES OF KAYUGA PARK ARABIANS
DACELO PARK BELLE
Henley Farm Barrani
Rani is a pure Arabian mare by Khemo Royalty out of Newbridge Layali. She is a qualified Endurance horse. She obtained a 3rd in the Junior division in the 21c Kickoff Canberra 80km ride 27/01/01 with Kerry-Lee Sayor riding her, a 14th heavy weight in the Sofala Gold 80km ride 12/11/00 and a 13th heavy weight in the Wandandian Endurance ride 25/03/01. Her Endurance career was cut short due to a leg injury. Rani also has a brother and a sister that have been exported to the UAE for Endurance. Her sister Henley Farm Kifali (Khemo Royalty x H F Khiffee) competed in the UAE National Day Cup . Kayuga Park has purchased her to breed from her. Hopefully she will produce some future Endurance horses for us. She had a 2006 filly t Indian Sun for us. She will go back in foal to Indian Sun again this year.
KAYUGA PARK MINNIE
Minnie (1997) is a Part Arabian (unreg) mare. I am hoping to start her in Endurance for the 2006.
GYPSY FLARE
Flare is a Pure Arabian Mare by Pilgrams Flare S 3279 (by Ralvon Pilgram) x Kadisha Rose F 11657. She has always been a broodmare due to an injury she obtained when she was only young. She has one foal currently competing successfully in Endurance. I am leasing Gypsy Flare from Sandra Himsley of Mindari Stud. She is a lovely mare who has a very easy going personality.
BLANDFORD QUEEN
Queenie is a Bay, TB mare. She is by Blandford Park (USA) out of Chess Queen (AUS). She was bred at Blandford Stud in the Upper Hunter Valley. Queenie has a brother who is an Olympic Eventer who is now competing very successfully in Japan. She has produced some nice Warmblood foals for her previous owner to the Warmblood Stallion called, Don Ramiro. One of her Warmblood fillies was exported to Europe in 2004. In 2004 she produced a very nice Anglo foal to Indian Sun. Her 2004 foal can be viewed on the foal page.
EBONY 'N' IVORY
Ebony is a black, Australian Riding Pony. She is unbroken but well handled. She was bred by Ken Fullwood (Penrith) and is one of only two black riding ponies (the other being her mother) that Ken bred. I picked her up on the 23/11/03 and I am very exsited about having her. She has nice conformation and generally a nice type of mare. She has had one lovely Colt (2005) for us so far to Indian Sun. Kayuga Park Harvey can be viewed on the foal page.

DOLLY
Dolly is a chestnut Quarter horse bred mare. She is very quiet with a great temperament. She has taught people to ride, helped riders get their confidence back as well as spent time at the Penrith and Muswellbrook Riding for Disabled. She is used mainly for beginners such as my little brother to ride when she is at home. She may be in the future bred to Indian Sun.
