Kay began her artistic interests in 2000 and has developed her skills and talent since then by attending classes.

It has become wide and varied ranging from singing lessons to flower arranging and composing music. Her hobby of taking photographs only really came to the fore when she learnt to use and process images on her digital camera. Her photographing of roses show how very sensual they are and we eagerly await the numerous other roses she intends to display on the web pages. Her slide shows are worth the wait for them to download.

She is planning to left us see her paintings when she has time... she has kept them all... another reason for her "clear out."

" My art teacher when I was at school wouldn't let me take the G.C.E. in Art because I couldn't see! Many years later I now know what she was talking about. I've proved her wrong though as I now have the Graphic Design (Distinction) and Drawing and Painting equivalents. My present passion is painting head and shoulder portraits and have been attending the College of Art and Design locally. For the first time this week when walking I saw each brand new shoot and bud in the hedgerow and was uplifted."
