Approximately 2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup of shortening
1-1 1/2 cups milk *sweet or butter*
Mix flour and shortening very well.
Add milk, and mix well.
Don't knead too much as it will toughen dough.
Cut out or pinch off biscuits, place in a greased biscuit pan.
Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown.
6 large family sized tea bags
1-1 1/2 cups of sugar
Place tea bags in four cups of cold water, bring to boil.
Let seep for a bit for stronger tea.
Pour hot mixture over sugar, stirring to dissolve.
Add 3 quarts of cold water.
1 lean steak, cut into thin strips
2 big green and/or red peppers, cut into strips
chopped garlic to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 sliced onion
Marinate mean in garlic and soy sauce.
In heavy skillet, heat 1/4 cup oil.
Add meat in small amounts.
When meat is done, add peppers and onions, stirring.
Cover and cook ten minutes, serve with rice.
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
one stick of butter
2 cups (one large can) sweetened fruit
Mix flour, sugar, and milk until there are no lumps.
Melt butter in pyrex baking dish.
Pour floru, sugar, and milk mixture into melted butter.
DO NOT STIR.
Pour fruit on top of rest of ingrediants.
DO NOT STIR.
Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
2 cups milk
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2-3 eggs, beaten
5 cups cooked elbor macaroni
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 6 ingrediants, mix well.
Layer 1/2 of mararoni in botton of greased dish.
Sprinkle with 1 2/3 cups of cheese.
Layer remaining macaroni, pouring milk mixture over macaroni.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake for 50 minutes, sprinkle remaining cheese, bake 5 more minutes.
