of my favorite 'hotties' from the show. For someone who portrays such an awesome baddie on Stargate SG-1, in person Peter is totally the opposite except in one way--he's still damned good-looking in person as he is potraying Apophis on screen. So much so that I kind of had a hard time focusing my eyes directly into the camera--as you can see by the photo.
My con buddy, Libya, and I had a great time chatting with Peter through the convention events. I didn't think he'd remember us from the photo session but each time he passed by in the hallway or we went past him at some of the events, he never failed to flash us that killer smile of his and say, "Hello Ladies." We also managed to score some nice hugs from him too!
Peter Williams is extremely charming, funny and down-to-earth kind of guy who truly appreciates the fans for their love of the show and his character. Did I mention he has a loveley Jamaican accent that would melt butter? I didn't? Shame on me! Well, if you're at Gatecon 2002 you'll get a chance to meet him and hear that accent for yourself.
