On the eleventh of June, 1904, Thomas Heath, age 48, with sons William, age 28, and Frank, age 18 left Southampton, England on the St Louis.
Thomas and Franks last residence was Cannock and Williams was Walsall.

Their destination was West Bay City, Michigan, USA to meet a friend, O. Toole.
I'm taking a guess at this because it was hard to read. One place it looked like O.Goole.

Thomas and William were married, Frank was not. The sons William and Frank could read and write, but Thomas couldnt.

Thomas had $26.00, William $21.25, and Frank had $25.00.

They arrived in New York on the nineteenth of June 1904 and were processed through Ellis Island.
