At the time of enrollment for each term the student contracts for the full amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees.
Special clsses (lectures and laboratory subjects) are offered and charged special fees depending on the number of students and on a case to case basis. Special Tutorial Classes must be paid in full before they ae held. Students must consult the Dean and the Accounting Office for the assessment of fees of Special Classes.

The school may increase tuition and other fees following guidelines prescribed by the CHED. Such increases will be disseminated to Stakeholders through bulletin notices.

College Admission test fee is charged by the Guidance Office.



10.1 Full Payments Discounts

5% discount of the tuition fee on regular units for students who pay all fees at the beginning of the semester.



11.1 Entrance Scholarship

1. For High School Valedictorian

100% discount on Tuition Fees of regular unit loads specified in the curriculum for one semester provided that he/she meets the following requirements:
-the class from which he/she graduated has no less than 45 students.
-continuance of the scholarship will depend upon the student's general weighted average for the first semester.

2. For High School Salutatorian

50% discount on Tuition Fees of regular unit loads specified in the curriculum for one semester provided that he/she meets the following requirements:
-the class from which he/she graduated has no less than 45 students.
-continuance of the scholarship will depend upon the student's general weighted average for the first semester.

11.2 Academic Scholarship

Any student from any course may avail of the following scholarships:

1. 100% discount on Tuition Fees of regular unit loads specified in the curriculum for one semester provided that he/she meets the following requirements:
-has a regular unit as specified in the curriculum
-has a general weighted average of 95% with no grade lower than 93% in all subjects of the course and year where he/she belongs as evaluated every end of the semester.
-belongs to a class with/ of not less than 45 students.

1. 50% discount on Tuition Fees of regular unit loads specified in the curriculum for one semester provided that he/she meets the following requirements:
-has a regular unit as specified in the curriculum
-has a general weighted average of 93% with no grade lower than 90% in all subjects of the course and year where he/she belongs as evaluated every end of the semester.
-belongs to a class with/ of not less than 45 students.

1. 25% discount on Tuition Fees of regular unit loads specified in the curriculum for one semester provided that he/she meets the following requirements:
-has a regular unit as specified in the curriculum
-has a general weighted average of 90% with no grade lower than 88% in all subjects of the course and year where he/she belongs as evaluated every end of the semester.
-belongs to a class with/ of not less than 45 students.
4. Students should apply for discountnin the Accounting Office. The students should check with the Registrar in case of revised criteria for scholarship and the Registrar submits to a commitee the list of student-candidates for scholarship.

11.3 Scholarship for Working Students

Any bonafide students of BCC may avail of the Working Student scholarship and provided that he/she meets the following requirements:
-test and interview results conducted for working students.
-letter or recommendation from the parish priest of the parish where he/she belongs.
-no grade below 80% in all enrolled subjects.
-a general evaluation of "Very Satisfactory" every semester.
Working scholars are granted free tuition fee for 18 unit load for student aides and 25 unit load for those with room assignments.

11.4 Government Scholarship

BCC implements any government- mandated scholarship.
