What is this 'project' you might wonder- or at least you ought to be! You will not be making a movie persay, but you will be writing a movie script and using your imaginiation to fully employ whatever technology that is available to us. You can adapt Othello in anyway you like- in fact, you can make it into a comedy! The materials you will need at hand is your imagination, and a writing utensil. Don't forget that you will pitch this idea to the rest of your class (who will be your 'real life' producers holding the money and power that you want!); in other words, keep in mind that you have an audience so find a balance between your own artisitc integrity, and your audience's entertainment needs.
