oday, I woke up to a day no different from every day. I got ready for school and then got to school. After about 2nd period into the school day, around 9:00am. A plane that was hijacked by tourists who are thought to be Palestanians, was driven into the first of the World Trade Center buildings. A big "boom!" was heard throughtout the Manhattan island. As people searched for the answer to "what happened?!", the enormous skyscraper had gone up in flames. The people working there, didn't know what happened either. They emmidietly evacuated the building. And the second building followed the evacuation program. After both of the buildings were evacuated, a second plane hit the second skyscraper. And it also went up in flames. New York currently faced a fire. But they didn't expect what would happen ahead. As they tried to maintain the people calm and do something about the fire. The building that got hit first, suddenly came crashing down. Reducing it to a big pile of mess, memories, dead bodies and sorrowful site. Not long after the second of the skyscrapers came down. But there was no one in there, as though for now...firemen, policemen are searching for people who's cries are heard in the scraps. Hospitals got overfloaded with people that were injured in the incident. Hospitals are asking for many people to donate blood for the wounded. If you want to help out the go to your states/coutries site and find out on how you could help out the people who's life depends on this. The 7th world trade center kept burning for one hour and then also collapsed. The beautiful Manhattan, is now turned into what looks like a movie about the wipe-out of civilization. The senator, wants to do something that will answer back to the heartless act of this destruction. Also president Bush, ordered "hunt down and to find" the terrorists responsible. I still can't believe...its gone...
