Clefairy

Clefairy is a very happy Pokemon, but it gets scared really easily. Though it rarely uses them, Clefairy knows powerful attacks. Clefairy has a low self esteem, and it gets put down a lot. It hangs around with Hazel and Pikachu all the time, and it is the second Pokemon Hazel "caught".
