I introduce myself as Kaustubh Agarwal. I stay in Thane, near Mumbai (India). I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing.

My Sister Dhriti is married to Nihar Shah, A Chartered Accountant and they both live happily with daughter Zeal at the USA.

My Areas of Interest are – Cricket, Swimming, Dramatics, Films, Computer games, Touring, Reading, Listening to music, Shayaries and above all to observe people.

My hobby of observing people is unique of its kind and usually not seen in common. I observe people’s activities and try to understand how and why they act in a particular manner at certain time. This helps me in understanding their psychology and thus helps me in understanding the hidden rims of life.

I believe in Hinduism. Mother Amba is the Goddess, I believe in the most. I belong to Vaishnav Baniya caste.

I have a long experience of Sales and Marketing and at present I am working as  Category Head - Alternative Therapies with Reliance Wellness Ltd. This is a 100% subsidiery of the fortune 500 company Reliance Industries Ltd.

My Training Guru, Mr. Shridhar Murthy – Ex Training Manager (Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.), has inspired me to live for a better human life and hence initially through training function and now through the category management, I am trying to bring people the best they deserve in their lives.

I want to work for a better human life and hence welcome all who can help me in this work.

I've started a Web group on Yahoo called "The Young Managers". I'm also a registered Online volunteer with the United Nations. Succumbing to pressure of the time factor, I keep making efforts in direction to add value to the lives of people.
