The Upsilon House

The newly renovated KA House
Pictures from the Parlor

A picture of the house back in the Winter of 2000
After years of work and planning, the Upsilon Chapter house underwent a complete renovation. Beginning in October of 2000, the house was gutted to prepare for the renovation. Because the Town of Chapel Hill deems the house a historic landmark, the stone exterior was kept and the outward appearance of the house maintained. But, in every other respect, the house is brand new since its dedication in the fall of 2001.
