Payment methods:
We accept personal checks, money orders,
international money orders and payments thru Paypal.com.
We are a verified business at Paypal and have used
their services for 7 years. If you send us a payment thru paypal
please read.
Domestic Shipments:
All Knife shipments will be made via Priority
Mail. Insurance is optional but recommended. Arrow Points and
Pendants will be shipped the most economical method via USPS.
International Shipments:
We will ship our items to anywhere in the
world. Prior to purchase, please contact us via email with your requirements.
We will then contact you with payment instructions, etc. Insurance
is optional but recommended. We will accept payments in the form
of International Money orders or payments thru Paypal.com....no
exceptions. We won't be responsible for damages, or non delivery
to international destinations. Again, Please contact us prior to
any purchase. International shipments will be made using the
Postal System. Send us your shipping address. We'll calculate
the shipping costs. No Exceptions.
Multiple purchases
If you wish to purchase more than 1 item
and save on shipping, please contact us. Let us know which items
you are interested in. We'll calculate the total shipping and invoice
you thru Paypal or your email. We can normally package 3 to 4 items
in 1 priority box to save you shipping costs. The shopping cart software
doesn't properly calculate the shipping on 2 or more items.
Other:
Please note that if you are paying thru Paypal,
you will notice that payments will be made to RSoft which is our original
business account at Paypal. Kaughtknapping is a subsidiary of RSoft,
with common owners.
Warrantys:
We warrant our products to be free of defects.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
Returns:
Perchance that an item is defective or not to
your expectations, we will accept returns on that item. You must
contact us prior to returning an item. At that time we will issue
a Return Authorization Number. Do not send any items back to us without
an Return Authorization Number. The item will not be accepted by
us and you may be charged additional return shipping.
Upon acceptance of a returned item, we will eithor replace
that item with an item comparable, or we will refund the original sales
amount minus and shipping.
