Grade 1 boys are Tiger Cubs - All activities are completed with their parent/adult partner
Grade 2 boys are Wolf Cubs - The activities are a little more advanced.
Grade 3 boys are Bear Cubs - Activities require more team work with supervision.
Grade 4 boys are Webelos - The boys start a 2 year program
which prepares them to work independently.
Grade 5 boys are Webelos - The boys complete the 2 year program.
It is difficult to complete the whole Webelos program in1 year
                                             But it can be done.

What are Dens and Packs ?
The Pack is everyone, boys, parents, & leaders.
The pack meets once a month. At the pack meeting pack activities are run and awards are handed out. Cubs sit with their parents and den members. The meeting is run by The  Cub Master.
A Den is a small group (6 to 10 boys) of boys from the same grade and parents/adult partners. The den is set up when the boys join Cubs. Unless the boys ask to move they stay in that den through to the end of 5th grade. This forms a tight knit team and lasting friendships.
One parent becomes the Den Leader and one the Assistant Den Leader.
Some simple training is needed and this is provided in September.
Parent's take turns to host meetings at their house or another location.
A program is available to be followed or similar activities may be substituted.
