I feel so Lost,
I didn't even know this man, but maybe I should have taken the time to
get to know him...
I do know several, Death Row prisoners and some
have said they didn't do the crime, others admit their guilt...
Death row is not a place to be denying the truth, it's a place that
usually brings home the truth...
The ones fighting daily, to save their own
lives, have that right, whether their innocent, or not.
We fight every day for the "Right to Life" for unborn
babies, even if it means they'll live in the saddest of conditions,
on earth,
but not for our men and women, who cry for our
compassion, to let them live,
even if it's in prison, the rest of
their life.
Your answer to me may be,
"They didn't have compassion for their victoms..."
but we are all not created as equal as we've been taught.
Each of us has a unique personality and set of ethics that we were
taught to live by.
Maybe some weren't taught the same, so what's
right for me , isn't right for you,
does that mean that after
I do something terrable to you,
I can't change the way I see things
and be sorry, for what I did, to you?
We're not made equal in our thought processes either, but does that
say, our thoughts cant change to a higher level...
I'd be afraid to even say The Lords Prayer, if I believed that God would judge me for who I once was, instead of who I've become,
as I learn, mostly
from experence.
The "Eye For an Eye" testiment was rewritten when
Jesus Christ came to save us all, He's the one that said,
"Judge not least ye be judged..."
We justify a murder, for a murder, and then say in God We Trust...
We say, "He's a threat to society..." and go to churchs and
clame all man as our brothers,
well your Brothers and Sisters, need you
now more than ever,
to help end the battle, we daily fight to free
the innocent, or at least give them the binefit of the doubt and let
them live.
When we allow murder to legally proceed in our prisons,
we're backing the same kind of system that is doing the exact
same thing that got Christ Crusified
And YES!
"Will You Hear Me Now?"
