| Although the room isn't finished in these pictures, you can see the color on the walls and the choices of flooring we used. The blue wash is a Ralph Lauren paint called Aztec Sky. In the above photo, you can see the pass-through that goes from the kitchen into the living room. |
| The picture to the right is a mural (an ocean sunset) I painted on one of the kitchen walls using plastic shopping bags as my medium. It doesn't show here, but I extended the sunset up onto the cealing. I didn't have the beach part done when this picture was taken (bottom right, extending around the corner). |
| We ran the oak flooring from the living room into mural area of the kitchen, butting it against the saltillo tiles used throughout the remaining part of the kitchen and breakfast area, as seen below. |
