| Belly casting is the preservation of the pregnant form in plaster. A cast is made of the pregnant belly out of plaster gauze. Just as each pregnancy and baby are unique, so is the form that carried that life for 9mo. Preserving your belly in a belly cast can capture that moment in time in a way that photography cannot. It also gives you a "baby's view" of your belly from the inside. |
