Lost in Ponyland Service Chat Parties are well attended by various MLP Community members - however, we're always looking for new friends!

1) When there will be a chat party, the date and time will be listed on the "Home Sweet Home" page in the L.I.P. Service Bulletin. To be notified whenever the Bulletin is updated, click here and join the Mailing List.
2) On the date, at the time designated, a link will appear at http://LostInPonyland.homestead.com/ Sometimes it's a text link, other times it's a graphic - either way, it will be pretty obvious!
3) The link will take you to the chat page! Just type your name in the "Name" field and hit the "Change" button. You chat by typing your message in the "Message" field and either hitting the "Submit" button or just hitting your enter key. Simple as that!
1) Please use your own pony name - don't imitate anyone else. Truth is, we'll usually figure you out!
2) Keep all chat at a PG-13 level. Kids as young as 8-years-old have attended LIPS Chat Parties and we want their parents to let them come back! That means keeping the jokes good-natured and the sexual innuendo above their heads. *wink wink*
Q: Ack! It's time for the party to start and I don't see the link! Where is it?
A: Sometimes we're a little late with the link, so be patient. If it's 10 minutes past the start-time and you still don't see the link, go to the page that the link is supposed to be on, then hold down your shift button while clicking on the refresh button of your browser. If that doesn't solve it, e-mail me and we'll try to figure out what went wrong.
Q: Um... I live [insert random location], do you know what time the chat party will be in my time zone?
A: The short answer is, no - I don't know what time the chat party will start if you live in lower-east Pakistan... but I do know how you can find out! Click here and enter the information I've given for the chat party in the time and date fields, then click on your time zone from the drop-down menu on the right. That converter takes you from Pacific Standard Time (PST) to your time. I always use PST!
Q: When I enter the chat room page, the chat room screen shows "Error" then tells me I can't reregister, what's that mean?
A: To my knowledge it's just a glitch and means nothing. Ignore it.
Q: What's that Chat Charm link I see at the bottom of the chat room page? Do I have to take it? What should I do with it?
A: The Chat Charm is a special graphic I make for each chat party. You don't have to take it, but I'd like it if you did! Just right-click on the image and save it to your computer. I'd appreciate it if you stuck that charm somewhere on your website below the LIPS Chat Charm bracelet graphic and linked it to http://LostInPonyland.homestead.com/ See, I spend a LOT of time trying to design, advertise and run these chat parties for your ammusement and the charms are a way that I can get some recognition for my site.
