The Story of Mina:

First we start off with a bunch of nega trash trying to get the rainbow crystals to make the Imperiam Silver Crystal. All 4 Sailor Scouts are trapped in this dome. Tuxedo Mask is running from Zoisite but I forget why. Anyways, Zoisite catches Mr. Mask and gets his mask off his face. After awhile, "Venus Cresent Beam Crash!" Sailor Venus comes to the rescue. Zoisite rushes over to Malachite who is annoying the 4 scouts. "I think your plan with trapping the Sailor Scouts didn't work because I just saw one!!" says Zoisite. "That's impossible! You can see there all in here!" replies Malachite. "I know. But, they must be playing a trick on us! Stupid Sailor Scouts!" Zoisite says as Malachite and Zoisite talk on a bit more until! "Venus Cresent Beam Crash!" ZAPPPP! Dome opened. Sailor Scouts freed!

Sailor Venus' Powers

I haven't actually seen all these powers yet because I live in Canada, so I'll just give an answer except I'll rephrase it in my own words.

Sailor Venus says this to create a yellow beam she directs at an enemy.

*Venus Love Chain Encircle!*
Sailor Venus says this to create a long line of hearts she directs at an enemy.

Mina says this to transform into Super Sailor Venus.
*Venus Love and Beauty Shock!*
Super Sailor Venus says this and blows a kiss as hearts surround her. She directs the hearts at an enemy.
