The Story of Raye:

There is a new temple in town that sells good luck charms. Whenever anybody wears the charm she is hypnotized. The hypnotized girls then go on a bus that goes into the air and disappears. After awhile, Raye finds out that their helper, Jed (Jedite,) is behind everything. Raye tries to stop Jedite but he sends her into the black-hole. Serena then appears with the bus, awhile ago Luna had left Raye a stick, Luna came with Serena and Luna shouts to Raye, "Remember that stick I gave you?!" "Yes!" replies Raye. "Good! Now hold out the stick and say Mars Power!" shouts Luna to Raye. Raye obeys and says, "Mars POWER!" and turns into Sailor Mars, if I haven't said, there is a monster holding Sailor Moon! "Mars Fire Ignite!" shouts Sailor Mars. "Moon Tiara Magic!" shouts Sailor Moon. The monster is destroyed after a short while.

I haven't actually seen all these powers yet because I live in Canada, so I'll just give an answer except I'll rephrase it in my own words.

Raye says this to transform into Sailor Mars.
*Mars Fire Ignite!*
Sailor Mars says this to create a ball of fire that she can direct at an enemy.
*I Call Upon the Power of Mars! Fireballs CHARGE!*
Sailor Mars says this and throws a piece of paper at an enemy. Then she does, Mars Fire Ignite!

*Mars Star Power!*
Raye says this to transform into Sailor Mars.
*Mars Celetial Fire Surround!*
Sailor Mars says this to create several rings of fire which she directs at an enemy.

Raye says this to transform into Super Sailor Mars.
*Mars Flame Sniper!*
Super Sailor Mars says this to create a fire arrow. She can shoot it at an enemy.
