"What?" Joey choked out.
"Do you have a boyfriend? I'm not offering or anything. Just asking."
He smiled at her. Joey nearly melted. *Damn he's sexy!* "Yes, I do. But he's like barely home." The words came out bitterly. "It gets kind of lonely."
Seth smiled mischievously. "Maybe I can help you out."
Joey looked confused. "How?"
"I can make it so you won't be lonely anymore."
Joey knew immediately he was asking for sex. Sex. She already had sex with Pacey. Why would she need this guy? Think about it, Joe. He's gorgeous and he likes you. But you love Pacey.
"Well?"
Joey smiled back at him. "When are you available?"
The moment was hot and passionate. Seth had taken charge as soon as they walked in the door. Joey couldn't believe she was really doing this. But for someone reason her nervousness made her more excited. The thrill of sneaking around and possibly getting caught. Her thoughts drifted back to Seth and she was once again lost in the moment.

When lunch time had rolled around, Joey met Erin and Gretchen as usual. All she could think about was Seth. This fact was not lost on her friends. They were both perceptive people and wanted information.
"Joey, what the hell is going on in that head of yours?" Erin asked. She sounded annoyed, but Joey was oblivious to it.
"Nothing."
Gretchen laughed. "Yeah, right. You've got your head in the clouds. What's up with you?"
Joey's smile faded. "Can you guys keep a secret?"
"From who?"
Joey looked pleadingly at Erin. "From Pacey."
Erin looked confused. "Why Pacey?"
"Let me explain and you'll understand why."
"YOU HAD SEX WITH HIM?!" Gretchen's soft voice was suddenly very loud.
"Shut up!" Joey hissed. "Yes, I had sex with him."
Erin stared at her, too shocked to speak. "You lucky, lucky girl. I hate you!" Erin said teasingly. "How was he?"
Joey giggled, but Gretchen interrupted. "Joey how could you do this to Pacey? He loves you so much and you're willing to throw that away for some stranger with a cute ass?" She sounded horrified and disgusted at the same time.
Erin stared at her in wonder. "Gretchen. It was only one time."
Joey smiled. "Well, three times actually."
Erin turned to face her. "No way!! Now I really hate you," she said laughing.
Gretchen stood. "This is wrong, Joey. Way wrong." She left and glared at Seth as she did.

"Hey, Pacey! Wait up!" Pacey heard a voice calling out to him. He turned and saw that it was Gretchen.
He waved enthusiastically and stopped walking. "Hey, Gretch. What's up?" He noticed she wasn't smiling. "Is there something wrong?"
She seemed to be having some internal struggle, but quickly a smile appeared. "No. Just thought I'd say hi. Hi."
He laughed. "Hi. You want to come up?"
"No. No, that's okay. Just tell Joey to call me. Okay?"
He nodded. "Sure."
"Well, see ya!"
"Bye!"
