This is my favourite recipy. It's easy to make and you can realy inpress your guest with it.

What you need for one person:
Equipment:
1 oven dish
1 fillet knife
1 spatula
1 glass cup
1 litlle spoon
For the salmon:
1 piece of salmon steak
Olive oil
200 gram of Spinach
100 gram of french cream cheese without herbs like monchou
For the sauce:
50 gram of frech dill
100 ml of creme fraise
sniff of pepper
Making the salmon:
Fillet the salmon in three equal pieces, rub it in with the oil, other wise it will stick to the dish. Cut the spinach and make litlle pieces of the cream chees. Rub the oven-dish in with oil. Now you're going to make layers of the three ingedients. First take a piece of salmon, put half of the sinach on it and then 1/3 of the cream cheese, Make the next layer exact the same. Then put the last piece of salmon on it and just finish up with the cream cheese. Make the layers in the oven dish, it's easier. Put the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes on 200 degrees celcius, take care the cheese has a gold color.
Making the sauce:
Cut the dill. Put the creme fraiche, dill and the pepper together in a pan and warm it up (can also do it in a microwave).
Finish up:
Use the spatula to take the salmon out of the dish, be carefull, it can fall apart. Put it on a nice plate. Than take the sauce and make a circel around the salmon. Finish up with a litlle brench of dill on top.
