I AM A SURVIVOR!
A Tip From My Heart to Yours....
I was diagnosed with depression when I was 12 years of age.
I can live a normal life and raise my children with the help of caring doctors and medications.
If you know anyone who sufferes from depression,it is my hope that you stand beside them.Depression is not fun and its not to be made fun of as in the butt of shrink jokes.Dont label someone who suffers from this condition
as crazy or abnormal. We are human beings and everyone has thier problems. We are not victims ,we are survivors.
We are your neighbors, your bosses,a family member,a mother,a father,an innocent child. We are your friends, your best buddy.Look at us with respect
and judge us by our heart. Please dont label anyone, you might be missing out on a great friend.
I have created a chat room soley for depression.
If you feel that there is no one to talk to,please log into the chat room. There are already several members, who have realized they are not alone, and that there is alot of understanding and compassion.
