Paw Problems-Inspect the paw for burrs, mud, hair matts, etc.

Porcupine Quills-Use gloves, keep animal calm, get a grip on the quill with needlenose pliers as close to fur as possible, disinfect spot.

Skunk Spray-Wash with tomato juice, Massengill, 1 1/4 c. vanilla extract/gallon of water, or 1/4 c. baking soda + 1 tsp. liquid soap in a quart of hydrogen peroxide.
