| September 2003. Matt, Katie and Laura made the exciting journey to the Fre�ndenhut to stay overnight and then ventured out onto the glacier the next day for a spot of ice climbing. The hut is situated high above Kandersteg and almost on top of the glacier. Early in the morning our house mate Mark ran up to meet us and join in the fun. We moved around the glacier looking for different ice climbs and crevasses to abseil into. On the way back down we were lucky enough to spot some mountain goats "Steinboch". |
