Via Ferrata Swiss Style
In early August I grabbed my bike along with Mustard (UK) and Paul (US) and we rode to the 2500m gemmi pass. We then made a quick descent to the start of the Daubenhorn Via Ferrata. Via Ferratas are cable climbing courses. It's like lead climbing but your connected to a cable instead of a rope and you often use pegs and ladders to get up difficult sections. The climb was great, 4 hours, about 1000m and lots of exposure!
