| Bire: 13 pitches and 1500 vertical meters above Kandersteg |
| On a day off, I teamed up with Steve (GB), Mustard (GB) and Blair (AU) and we climbed up the Bire which over looks Kandersteg. It took us 4 hours of rock climbing and 13 pitches to get to the top. The climbing was fantastic!! Only a few tricky parts, lots of exposure and great views over the valley and Kandersteg. After reaching the summit we abseiled 1500m back down and got off just before a thunderstorm hit. |
