-I have too hight a risk for getting diabetes, my cholesterol is high, and the health risks are just not worth it in the long run.

- More self confidence.

- I want run more than one mile at a steady jogging pace without getting out of breath.

- I want to get lead roles in plays.

-I want to wear shorts again and not worry about cellulite.

- I don't want to worry about my fat hanging over my jeans.

- I want to wear single sizes, not plus.

- I want my thighs to stop rubbing together when I walk.

- I want to tone up my arm jiggle, ITF (inner thigh fat), tummy pouch, cellulite legs, and big calves.

- My fat is not a result of genetics, its a result of calories.

- I want my drivers liscense weight to be correct.

- I don't want summer to be so cruel.

- Less stress on my knees.

- I want to be the athlete I was.

- I want to see my cheekbones.

- I want cute PJ/relax wear to make me look comfy, not frumpy.

- I want to prove to everyone that I am a dancer even though I don't have the  body of one, by getting the body and invite those people to my next dance recital!

- I want to be more flexible.

-I want to get my belly button pierced.

- My wide face is not attractive.

- Because I'm worth the effort.
