Admiral Twin Support Show In the United States of America
Katie has just returned from her travels in Oklahoma of the USA. She played a show at the Phoenix in Tulsa, OK supporting the successful and popular band Admiral Twin (who have done a national tour with the famous band Hanson) on July 11th.

Due to this successful event, bass player of admiral twin, Mark Carr, made it possible for Katie to perform at this years Tulsa Fan Fest and also at the Crow Creek Tavern in Tulsa, OK after an amazing performance from Jon Russel (guitarist - admiral twin)

During the end part of the summer holidays Katie will indeed be busy in the studio on her debut album. She plans to have it finished by fall. For more details please email: [email protected]
~ Box Magazine + London audition for access to music~
On friday the 20th june Katie auditioned to get onto the artist development programme ( access to music) In London at the British academy of new music, openned by Sir George Martin.
Whilst in London Katie was contacted by Box Magazine in Leicester about an interview. She will be sending off her EP with a promotion pack and will be meeting shortly with an interviewer for the magazine to talk about her music and the direction it will be going in.

~ National festival of new music- De Montfort Hall~
Katie played at the national festival of new music yesterday (june 5th) at 5:10pm and was totally blown away by the response she recieved. A full room of supporters from Leicester and from other access to music students from all over the country. Katie was asked to do a magazine interview sometime in the following week (title unknown). We'll keep you posted on that. She will be talking about her performance at the De Mont and which direction she wants her music to go in.
