Program Topics:
Take list of guest lectures & other interesting things from Schedule table.
Prerequisites:
Participants should have a working knowledge of how to use computers for general tasks such as email and word processing. It is not necessary for students to be familiar with improvisational acting, or how to program a computer, although there will be opportunities available for those who are interested.
Curricular Purposes:
To give students opportunity and motivation to practice algorithmic thinking
To give students opportunity and motivation to practice writing
To give students the opportunity to see and share concrete results of their writing
To give students practice in the definition, planning, development and execution of a project on the scale of a small research effort
To build students� confidence in learning about and using computer hardware and software in a novel context.
