Nut Cream
Depending on the taste you’re after, use either pecans, cashews, or walnut, or almonds.

2 cups nuts (pecans, walnuts, cashews, or almonds)
1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread nuts in baking dish and bake until lightly toasted, about 10 minutes.
Transfer nuts to food processor and grind to a paste. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Use in place of whipped cream on desserts.
